Converted artists workshop with it's own front door. This mini apartment has been converted with access in mind for disabled patrons but is lovely and comfortable for everyone. It's bright, modern and spacious with a king sized bed that can become 2 singles. There is a small kitchen area in the same room, a table, armchair, TV, space for working and a separate wet room with pull down shower chair. The appartment has it's own front door with lock lowered. Host has basic BSL. Free parking.

Free parking on site! You will enter the flat from its own private entrance. Once inside, there is a well equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area complete with sofa, TV and coffee/dining table (the coffee table lifts up for more comfortable dining experience). The bedroom is again a nice spacious room, complete with wardrobe and dressing table. There are usb sockets on each side of the bed. Private en-suite bathroom with shower. Within easy reach of all local attractions.

Enjoy a comfortable sleep on EMMA award winning mattress provided on every bed for your unforgettable sleep. Plenty of public transport with frequent buses from the front door.

Cosy studio

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

Gorgeous self-contained garden space

We have a lovely self-contained 'shed' at the bottom of our garden. The building has loads of light and overlooks our lovely garden. The kitchen and shower room are fully fitted and equipped. The area is lovely and quiet, for good sleeping. The bedroom can be a double or twin with electric blankets. Upstairs there is an extra living space which is full of light. We welcome responsible dog owners, and up to two well behaved dogs who will enjoy the park opposite.

Set on the edge of Victoria Park, this stylish detached garden annex is a perfect haven for visiting the near-by attractions of Cardiff. A large double bedroom, with a king-size bed, en-suite, and kitchenette. The sitting area with access through bi-fold doors onto a private patio overlooking our garden with a BBQ and garden furniture. The annex has its own access, TV, WiFi. Easy walking distances to some great restaurants and a beautiful park.
