The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. A big supermarket is a 3-minute walk from the house, and a hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk. The House location is easy to find if you come with your car. If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. A local bus station is right in front of the house, if you want to reach Perast-Risan (2€).
