Completely renovated house converted to look like a vintage gas station on exterior. First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. Many reclaimed materials used in construction including brick, doors for bar, etc. Upstairs was modeled after boutique hotel with king bed, full bath and picture window overlooking stocked pond and vintage fire truck. Garage portion not included, but could be available.

Hunting, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, biking, hiking opportunities etc... abound in our area.The kitchen is complete with dishes, pots and pans, full sized appliances and many extras so your short or long term stay will be very comfortable.Your well behaved dog(s) is welcome too (fee). Enjoy nature, the woods and maybe even some wildlife while you are visiting.

Rustic Retreat

Beautiful sunsets, relaxing atmosphere, and plenty of open space. Just a few miles outside of Titusville, this newly renovated one bedroom home offers a peaceful place to stay. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a king bed, and a pullout sofa in the living room. A fire pit, firewood, and six Adirondack chairs are available for use in a private area behind the house. There is a large backyard with trails through the woods and around the field for guests to explore.

Get your supplies at the local Trading Post (fire wood, groceries and more). Bring your ATV and enjoy the trails only a few miles away from the place. You have more guests? There are many resources to keep you active from hiking, fishing, boating, kayaking, hunting or exploring to name a few. Nearby are many places to have a meal or a cold beverage. Or you can just relax by a campfire and enjoy the serene nature.
