Please note that we (your hosts) live right next to you: this apartment is not a party place (our kids' bedroom is adjacent to your apartment ;-). Your kids are very welcome, but if they are mobile they must be able to swim.

I offer you an unique recently rebuild place with private terrace in the centre of Amsterdam but witch quiet surroundings. This cosy apartment which includes the former wheelhouse, has a private entrance so there is no customer contact. Although the Keizerinn BnB is located in a quiet neighborhood, you will find lots of small bars and restaurants in the direct surroundings.

The HE-JA is a cargo ship that has been taken out of service since 2015 and converted into a houseboat. The ship is located in the Eastern Harbour area about 10 minutes from the city centre. A fantastic place. In summer, you can jump right off the deck for a swim, so bring your swimming trunks. We supply our ship with sustainable energy through: solar panels and heat pump. We appreciate it if our guests take this into account.

We ourselves live in the front part, the aft cabin – the former crew bunks - we converted into a cozy little studio with a vintage feel. The wooden interior gives a warm ambience, and the acoustics are great. A beautiful, clean place to work or to rest, to relax or to make music in.
