We are only 1.5 hour north of Gatlinburgh/Pigeon Forge. 45 min to Knoxville. 1/2 hour to the Norris Dam boat ramp. No campers allowed.

There are daily boat rentals available at 3 nearby marinas and a boat launch in the neighborhood. ATV trails and rentals nearby as well as hiking.

Pool and Hot tub are seasonal, so ask if they are open. 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo, Sleeps 8 with a Sleeper Sofa. No boat slip included, but Waterside Marina has overnight slips that can be rented.
