It is half a block from the beach (access through Surf Motel & Boomerang Billy’s Beach Bar), a few doors down from one the Island’s best brunch spots (Grapevine Cafe), a street over from the local grocery store (the Blue Marlin), and walking distance from the night life entertainment district (Louie’s Backyard, Laguna Bob’s, Tequila Sunset, etc...). This beautiful home is just steps from the grocery store, the popular Grapevine Café, great local restaurants, and of course, the BEACH! Recently renovated, it features fantastic outdoor living spaces, a barbecue area, and a relaxing hot tub.
