We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. Only few steps from the Sand, Bay or Ocean. On the Bay side, About a 10 second walk to the water. Swim, kayak, surf, Sunbathe, Walk, Bike or rent an Electric scooter. The best place to relax and have fun in the Sun. Very safe for children. Sparkling Clean Always. MAXIMUM 4 GUESTS, NO PETS, NO PARTIES.
