Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Richmond Cottage

Enjoy the Coal River Valley from the little Brick Cottage down the lane, it’s a peaceful and private place to stay and has enough room for the family or a group of friends (if you want to bring them that is 😉) Historic Richmond is only a short walk away, in just moments you could be feeding the ducks, enjoying a latte or walking over Australia’s oldest Bridge.. The Cottage has a beautiful Fireplace for those colder evenings. The Fireplace heats the entire home and makes it lovely and cosy.

Welcome to your perfect beachside escape, just 10 minutes from the Airport. The Hobart CBD is just 25 mins away! This new home is nestled in the bush and has direct access to a secluded beach along a bush track (with steps), good mobility is essential.
