The pleasant neighborhood and the house sits at the end of a cul-de-sac a few blocks to the river. Driving to PDX airport is fast and easy, the traffic won't make a huge difference. Going to Portland downtown in non-rush hours is also easy. The sleeping areas are on each of three floors, with the full bathroom on each floor too. Check the noise/safety information below.

The cabin is like having a National park in your yard. During fishing season you can watch the eagles right from the deck catching fish out of the river. The view is spectacular! You can also see deer, beavers, and other animals from the deck. This property has a lovely view of the river. River access is only for the very fit as the ladder down is difficult. Their are more great places to swim and hike just up the road across from the fish hatchery or Dougan falls.
