It's 15 minutes away (bus) from the historical centre and has two malls right next to it, one is 1 minute away and the other (Forum Madeira) is just 5 mins away.

The View, Funchal

Newly renovated quiet 2 bedroomed house with fantastic panoramic views over the sea and Funchal harbour. This comfortable, light contemporary home opens through a wall of glass to a private south facing terrace with loungers and comfortable dining area under a tiled canopy. There are also some amazing levada walks to explore in the area.There are three tents on the property so you might have neighbours.
