Primrose Cottage Annexe is a newly converted detached property compromising of lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Offering complete privacy and separate entrance from the main property it is a great place to relax overlooking our garden which is full of wildlife. In the heart of Warsash the property is 5 minutes walk from Warsash Sailing club, Maritime Academy and 3 great pubs. Also a 10 minute drive to Whiteley Business Park, Shopping, NATS, making it a great base whilst away for work or leisure

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

Separated from the main house, Titchfield Views has a private entrance and consists of a double bedroom, a wet-room bathroom (shower, no bath), a spacious lounge diner, a kitchen, and a private decking area. There is a work space area with double plug and USB charging points, WiFi fully available throughout annex.

Motorway access to South coast cities such as Bournemouth, Portsmouth and shopping in West Quay Southampton ,Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth. Also 20 mins away from Southampton docks for cruise ships

Breakfast bar, which doubles as a workspace, shower room and shared use of patio and garden. We also have a young, bouncy dog!
