The guest accommodation does have a seperate entrance and the whole of the ground floor is for guest use with 2 double bedrooms and modern bathroom consisting of double width shower, sink and toilet. The area is quiet and only approx 3 minutes drive from the town centre, a 10-15 min walk or a regular bus service every half hour throughout the day_ the closest bus stop about 150 mtrs from the house.
