Our tiny home is set aside in an older, quiet neighborhood of Nampa, ID and has a rustic and cabin-esque feel. This is a cute home and comfortable stay for either a couple of days or a couple months! The tiny home comes equipped with a private fenced in area and a small hot tub. We are located 2 blocks from the NNU campus, 5 minutes from downtown Nampa, and 10 minutes to I84 - everything you need within an arm's reach! Welcome! We are excited to offer our lovely space here in Caldwell close to the popular Indian Creek downtown! We offer a beautifully remodeled basement space, with a private entrance and everything you need for a quiet, peaceful stay. Our home sits in a quiet neighborhood next to Wilson elementary school. In addition to the downtown, we are a short distance from Fairview golf course, College of Idaho, West Valley Medical Center, and several exciting wineries in our beautiful Idaho wine region!

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood located in the heart of Star. Relax in the backyard patio, your private deck, or have a fire in the fire pit. Whether you are traveling for pleasure or business, this studio suite offers you everything you need to work or simply relax and explore the local area. We live in the main house, completely separated from the studio suite. We respect your personal space to enjoy your stay but will always be available via text/phone to answer your questions.

Downtown Boise, the Village at Meridian, BSU, and the airport are within 15 minutes. Close to outdoor activities as well. Office nook for remote work.

Welcome to Everett Inn, a darling private 800 sqft farmhouse style home located in the Historic Steunenberg District in downtown Caldwell, just 1 block from College of Idaho. Close FWY access 5 mins. Walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, downtown Indian Creek in Caldwell, ice cream/frozen yogurt shops as well as sporting events at College of Idaho. A short 15 minute drive will land you in beautiful wine country with so many spectacular wineries to chose from.

South Nampa Charmer

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Plenty of area to spread out with many different entertainment options. Close to shopping and parks. Only 15 minutes from Highway 84. Plus a dedicated work area for when you need to finish some last minute things. With 5 bedrooms, an open floor plan and a large backyard there's plenty of area to stretch out and relax. Pets are welcome but please keep them off the furniture and beds.

A slice of Snake River paradise

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 bedrooms (1 king and 2 twins) 1 bath. River access with dock just a short walk away. Popular area for fishing, hunting, wine tasting, off road trails. Full kitchen and full bath with bathtub. We do allow pets but there is a $40 per pet fee per stay for extra cleaning and very low cleaning fees compared to other listings. Add your pet where you add your guests. Thank you!!

Cottage on the Snake River

We are at the end of a 1/2 mile driveway. It is very quiet and relaxing. The house is comfortable and homey. Lots of space to walk around. We have a pond near by that is full of wildlife. The house has a water softener/filter so the water feels slick on your skin. Also, the water has a sulfur smell to it so we provide bottled water for drinking and cooking. We have the water tested and it is safe. it just has a slight smell.

Sleepy Bear Lodge

Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

Boho Beauty

Beautiful, one bedroom carriage house upstairs apartment in a quiet historic neighborhood in downtown Nampa. Very close to NNU, shopping, and restaurants. The apartment has a gate at the top of the stairs to keep kids and dogs safe. Sorry, no cats. Two queen beds and a pull out sofa bed, sleeps 6. Attached one car garage! DIY waffle station! Shaded deck available for cookouts, seats 12.

COZY cottage close to FORD center CWI ST LUKES

Beautifully renovated Nampa Gem! Light, bright and modern on the outskirts of town but still close to everything. Nicely located 9 minutes from St. Luke’s Nampa, 7minutes from St. Alphonsus Nampa, 5 mins from the Ford Center, 4 mins to CWI and 22 mins to the Boise Airport. Plus it’s super close to so many yummy restaurants and lots of fun shopping.
