Beautiful sunrise location of Long Lake in Burtrum, MN 56318 . 1 hour 40 minutes away from twin cities and MSP airport, Within 10 minutes, grocery store, restaurant,bar,golf course,gas station ,4 bedrooms with queen beds on main floor,1 futon, 2 twin size bed in loft area. Sleeping capacity-12 people. Excellent swimming and fishing right off the dock. Kayaks (2) and 1paddle boat, Lilly Pad ,tube with lifejackets for free use! Pontoon extra charges. Enjoy !

The Maynard Cabin, a Civil War era log cabin

The Maynard Log Cabin was erected by a homesteader after the civil war. We have moved and restored it and made it available for rent. It is off the grid, but it has a complete functioning kitchen, wood stove and sitting room downstairs. There are two antique beds with new mattresses upstairs. There is no electricity but the cabin is furnished with kerosene lanterns. The bathroom facilities consist of wash basins and outhouse. The cabin is surrounded by 40 acres of woods and meadows.

Escape into the forest at the Ursa Minor cabin. Built in 2017, this comfortable and tranquil getaway includes a full kitchen, bathroom with a cedar-lined shower, electric in-floor heat, a wood stove, warm pine siding throughout, and a spacious sleeping loft. A covered porch, fire pit and fully-stocked woodshed are right outside the door. Your stay includes access to more than ten kilometers of trails traversing hundreds of acres of private woodland originating steps from your door.

The perfect solution for cabin fever! This romantic & private log cabin overlooks beautiful Diamond lake. Two queen size beds, one is adjustable w/massage. Hand-hewn rock gas fireplace, massage chair, fully stocked modern kitchen, wifi, YouTube TV (local channels & espn) & streaming. Enjoy the gazebo & hot tub next to the cabin throughout the seasons. I live across the street & clean and sanitize, so I know it is done properly. Note: Optional (additional charge) game room available.

Stoney Ridge Treehouse

Our tree house is on 50 acres in central Minnesota, about two hours north of the twin cities. The tree house sits 18 feet off the ground on a ridge over looking Rock Lake. Its surrounded by our 50 acres and 500 acres of state land. The treehouse has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen, a sitting area in both the loft and the main level. There is a wrap around porch on three sides and a deck out front, To access the tree house you will walk over a thirty foot covered bridge.

If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. A manager lives on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r."
