This is a super villa right on the sea with its private swim platform and a fantastic pool. Near the villa there are great beaches and restaurants. The cities of Bar and Ulcinji are located 10km from the villa. We offer extra water activities-jet ski rental and water sports equipment (additional fees). This super villa has 5 bedrooms and attached bathroom. Villa features high luxury furniture, appliances, huge balconies, big laundry room, jacuzzi bathtubs, TVs, wifi and a camera system.

Apartment Tatjana is seafront accommodation with a private infinity pool situated in precious natural environment. In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

In the perfect part of untouched nature, inspired by the spirit of old generations, we renovated a family house which is over 200 years old. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. If you want to spend your vacation away from the city crowds, in contact with the beautiful nature, this could be the right place for you.

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.
