Welcome to our newly constructed one-bedroom apartment in Burlington, located off of Shelburne Road in the hill section. We are a short drive/walk from Church Street, the waterfront, UVM Campus, and Champlain College. We have multiple grocery stores within a half mile radius and I-89 is easily accessible. Our apartment has ample privacy and your own quiet outdoor space, enclosed by cedars. The space includes cathedral ceilings and is a great setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation or business trip.

Upper unit of two story bungalow with its own entrance, parking, and sunny deck, it's a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. Walk to coffee, Church Street, restaurants, waterfront. Come home to a queen bed, stocked kitchen, and cozy living space for reading, working, or unwinding. Whether you're here for a getaway, UVM event, medical visit, or extended stay, we hope the Roost feels like home.

Our place boasts a great location in downtown -5 blocks to Church St- restaurants, events, shopping and waterfront park, with the added benefit of a driveway for your car. Cozy and well appointed, our bright little apartment is a great respite from all that Burlington has to offer. Our street is a quiet, residential area adjacent in the downtown core. We are half a block from Battery Park, with live, open-air concerts on Thursday evenings during summer. You'll have the apartment to yourself.

We are perfectly located on the edge of downtown, within minutes walking to Church St, the scenic waterfront, colleges and the hospital. (Note: there is not a full kitchen)
