As a couple, we are often abroad for work and like to rent our home to people who will enjoy it as much as we do. The house consists of 3 floors and has 2 large terraces with lots of sun and greenery. 2 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. The kitchen, living room and dining area contain high-quality materials and an abundance of natural sunlight. The 3rd room + bathroom has access to the terrace. The modular sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

Our Bruges house, nestled in the city center, is just a 2-minute walk from Market Square and other attractions. Tucked away on a quiet street, it ensures a peaceful night's sleep. The ground floor offers a private bedroom with a spacious ensuite bathroom, a personal kitchen with a Nespresso machine, fridge, and more, along with a small courtyard. I have 2 studio's next to each other, so you can see the pictures of both. One is a bit larger than the other so more comfortable for 3 guests as there are 2 mezzanine for sleeping. MaisonMidas is a spacious 95 m² guesthouse, housed in a former 18th‑century merchant’s house in the historic center of Bruges. The name refers to the statue of Midas, designed by Jef Claerhout, proudly standing on the rooftop. Every detail of our accommodation reflects a unique blend of creativity and precision. The cottage is privately rented but is connected to a B&B. On request, breakfast can be served in your private garden, in your cottage or on your bed. The last renovation of this 16th century Erker house over the water dates from the beginning of 2020, with again preservation of all the authentic, characteristic elements. From your King Size bed you have an exclusive view of the garden and the water (the Bruges Canals) makes your stay complete.

Huyze Cordoeanier is located in the very heart of the medieval town of Bruges, a few steps away from the central market square but in a quiet neighbourhood. Our house has been rewarded as a 4 star accommodation by the Tourist Office for Flanders! We gladly accept families and responsable adults. Our house isn't suited for groups of friends because of the quiet city area.
