Hi I'm Basil. I live with my donkey family on a beautiful property in Exeter. Come and stay in a lovely private barn beside my paddock. It has 2 queen beds, a spacious & warm living area, with a kitchenette and a stylish bathroom. Escape the stresses of the modern world & enjoy the view over the pond. Lavender Lodge - Serenity in the Highlands

Lavender Lodge is a charming home nestled in the tranquil country town of Bundanoon in the Southern Highlands, NSW, set in a peaceful and private setting on an acre of lawn, stunning trees and a million miles from the hustle and bustle of the city. Kangaroos and fruit trees will be your only distraction during your stay. The house offers fully ducted air conditioning for Summer cooling and Winter heating plus a fire place. Coffee shops, restaurants and markets are only a 5 minute drive away.

Japanese Studio Fitzroy Falls

Relax in our private beautiful Japanese Studio , open plan bedroom and living room with seperate small bathroom. NOT suitable for children or pets. The Studio has a bar fridge , microwave, toaster, coffee pod machine and kettle. No kitchen. .Enjoy stunning 9 acres of gardens . Perfect location for photo shoots, wedding ceremonies or getaway. Welcome to your blissful getaway! This beautifully designed picture-perfect cottage is nestled in the heart of Sutton Forest, the ideal fit for anyone looking to relax and unwind. Enjoy the heated floors and an Internal fire at the press of a button. Firepit outside awaits, sizzle a steak or toast marshmallows under the stars. Snuggle up on the couch, stream a movie you never got to see or work on the super fast internet. Take a walk along the country lanes and enjoy the fresh air.

Contemporary Country Experience

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Pear Tree Cottage

Enjoy a peaceful country retreat in the heart of the Highlands surrounded by nature at its best. This spacious, newly renovated, two-bedroom cottage is a separate dwelling situated on 5 acres of parkland that can sleep up to 5 people. It has a kitchenette, dining table and comfy lounge with a cosy warm fireplace for cold nights and is just a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk to Bundanoon village. Pear Tree Cottage gets its name from the ornamental pear trees that line the driveway.

The Lazy Duck, Bundanoon

The Lazy Duck is just 300m walk from the center of town yet has a feeling of being on top of the world. Stunning views over the Morton National Park from one of the highest points in town. Looking into Kangaroo Valley. It is right next door to Osborn House, on its own private fenced block. The cottage is nestled in the trees with a huge picture window. You won’t forget your time in this romantic and memorable place.
