Upstairs is the main living area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Downstairs is a huge bar/lounge with a sofa bed for extra sleeping. 2750 sqft of luxury.

1 Bedroom Riverfront Guest House with Dock.

Enjoy fantastic views and comfortable surroundings. This is the lower level guest house of our riverfront vacation home. It has a private entrance with access to the boat dock. Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, full kitchen and patio. Bring your jet skis and fishing poles we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are shared with the main house. Main house is not a rental. The space is not kid friendly.
