TF Rustic Roots - cabin near Buffalo Nat’l River

Retreat to the beautiful and serene Ozarks in this rustic, farm-style cabin. Located on our fully operational Arkansas Century Farm (established in 1918), this cabin is the perfect resting place for you and your friends or family during your Ozark Mountain adventures. While the finishes and decor emphasize the connection to our 1918 roots, this cabin provides the creature comforts you’ll crave after a long day exploring the beautiful Buffalo National River and all of nature’s sights and sounds.

Basketball goal/ball, bag toss, board games, fire pit and incredible stargazing 20-30 minute drive from Pedestal Rocks, Haw Creek, Pam’s Grotto, Alum Cove, Falling Water Falls and many more scenic areas. Upper Buffalo/Boxley Valley only 45 minutes away. HVAC and wood-burning or enjoy the cool evenings with windows open and ceiling fans running. NO HUNTING

Created just for two, this cozy haven is the perfect base camp for your outdoor adventures. The Loft features gorgeous mountain views and quick access to the Buffalo River. This 352 square foot modern studio boasts an exceptional outdoor living space. Sit on the porch with your morning coffee before you head out for adventure and keep an eye out for the deer that feel right at home on our 40 acre property. After a day of hiking the local trails or floating the Buffalo National River relax in the spa overlooking the treetops taking in your surroundings. At the end of your day enjoy a drink by the firepit while gazing up at the stars or by relaxing in the dome while looking out at the view. Your Dome away from home awaits!

The Highland Hideaway (with Highland cows!)

The Highland Hideaway is a perfect place for the whole family to relax and enjoy. A small herd of Highland cows live here. A wet-weather creek is just behind the house, with a rock bluff and fire pit. There is a foos ball table and massage chair for your enjoyment after a day of hiking. The Hideaway is located 3 miles from Carver Landing. You'll be within easy access to SO MANY gorgeous places, including the national park. There is a second home on the property that can also be booked.

5 min to Buffalo River, mountain retreat w/ view

Get away from it all at our newly built cabin on the Buffalo National River park. It’s private but close to great hiking, canoeing and eating spots. Grab a book and a coffee and enjoy peace and quiet--and mountain views--from every room. You might also spot deer, hummingbirds and rabbits from our two relaxing decks! Pets are not allowed and will be required to leave immediately. Rates are based on guest count. Please include an accurate count when booking. It will be verified on arrival.

Relax at this cozy little cabin with just you and your significant other or bring the kids along too! Enjoy peace and quiet and total privacy. Private walking trail to seasonal Osage creek. It’s not a maintained trail so it can be overgrown and rocks on path can make it hard for littles. Close to waterfalls and hiking trails and an old homestead built of hand hewn logs. Center point trail, Compton trailhead, hideout hollow and more! Ponca is close and highway 43 where you can watch Elk!
