With a queen bed upstairs, a queen memory foam pull-out couch, and a queen size Cordaroy convertible bag-chair (only big enough for two small children) there is plenty of room for everyone. The property sleeps 4 and has a king bed in the master, two twins in the low-ceiling loft. The loft requires climbing a ladder.
