The apartment is located on the first floor, 5 mins away from the Old Town, on foot. The neibhourhood is peaceful, the beaches are 5-10 minutes away on foot. The apartment has 60m2, and the terrace is 40m2 , from which you have a view of the sea of the apartment is a shortcut staircase to the Old Town, beaches and the nearest supermarket. The apartment is detailedly shown in the photos. It has one double and two single beds. Under the apartment is the garden.

The apartment have 100 square meters. It has 2 bedrooms with terrace exit, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with dining room, living room and stunning view terrace which have 40 square meters. I dare to say that you can see whole city from terrace and there in daytime you can enjoy sunbathing, chilling, relaxing and solar sistem shower.
