This detached, single storey property, standing in the grounds of the owner’s home, is a romantic retreat with glorious views. Near too Northcott Mouth, a small, unspoilt National Trust beach, or a short walk takes you to the church and village inn. Bude is 2 miles away. The coastal path is close by. Tennis, golf, horse riding, mountain boarding, surfing and fishing are all on offer here. The fishing villages of Padstow, Port Isaac and Rock are well worth a visit, and the Eden Project of course

It is only minutes away from the beautiful North Cornish coastline with it's sandy stretches of beaches, epic cliff walks and the Bude Sea Pool. Great for surfing, swimming, and various water sports. There is an open plan kitchen/living area with a cosy log burner ( logs available at £7 cash a net) and a slate topped breakfast bar. The property has solid oak flooring throughout except for slate in the bathroom so don’t forget your slippers! The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle.
