Sunny room w/darkening shades. Radiant floor in the bathroom. Smart TV. Low radiation WiFi. Ethernet jack. Heatpump AC. Large under counter fridge w/out freezer but we have one in the garage. 2 burner infrared cook-top. Toaster oven, Hot H2O kettle & coffee maker. Kitchen is ready for cooking.
