The villa comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and features two king beds, two queen beds, and two full beds. Fresh linens are included, and every bed will be made and ready for your arrival, so you can begin relaxing as soon as you walk through the door.

The Sand-Bar has 4 bedrooms (6-beds / sleeps ten), 3 baths, 2 balconies, a living room, and a well-stocked kitchen and pantry, with gas grill and blackstone for those who want to cook. Each room comes with its own smart TV if you want to find solitude and relax behind a closed door. The 2-car garage has a dart board, cornhole boards and a ping pong table. We are just 3 blocks off the beach and centrally located to the boardwalk, restaurants, shops and live music.
