The 1940’s Wicker Cottage/ Dog Friendly & Fenced

Come step back into time with all of the modern amenities! This cottage is newly renovated and has been taken back to its 1940’s roots. This 2 bed 2 bath sits on a 1/2 acre lot with plenty of parking! The cottage is 12 minutes from Holden Beach and 12 minutes from Brunswick Medical center. The cottage has a fenced in backyard space fun and safe for the fur kids and the fur less! The cottage sits on the main road to Holden Beach, which is a very active rural route. Many great local attractions!

Downtown Sunshine Cottage and Golf Cart

Charming, renovated cottage, just blocks from downtown. Ride the 6 seat golf cart to shops, waterfront swings, live music, riverfront dining, and spectacular sunsets. Only a 15 min car ride to Oak Island’s beaches & golf. Unwind in the gazebo, play bocce, or snuggle up for a movie by the fireplace. Sleep soundly in plush queen beds. Enjoy a clean kitchen with Keurig & lattes. Three smart TVs, 1.5 bathrooms and washer/dryer. Must be 24+ yrs old to book. (Signed waiver requested after booking).

Cape Fear River View-Parking-Dog Friendly!

Cape Fear River Condo cannot be beaten with its location! It's in the heart of downtown and a short walk to restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops. The best feature of the space is the beautiful view from the balcony! Enjoy your morning coffee on the rocking chairs or end the night with a glass of wine while enjoying a fantastic sunset. We are dog friendly, but need to approve your pet ahead of time. Let us know if you are planning to bring a dog, we allow up to 2 for a $75 pet fee per dog.

Sweet Retreat

A great place for relaxation, enjoy some alone time or family time. Some new updates have recently been done to the Living room, Dining/Sun Porch area the lake view from inside the house is even better than before! There are two different shelters on the pier where you can relax and enjoy the sunsets. You are driving distance from the state park where you can enjoy hiking. There are several spots around the lake for good fishing. Grocery store, variety store and gas station are near by.

1913 Historic Downtown Empie-Possion Cottage

The Empie-Possion Cottage is located in the heart of historic downtown Wilmington, NC. The cottage is three blocks from the water and a 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown. The Empie-Possion cottage was built in 1913 and is expertly restored. Have a drink on the screened in patio in the back or on the historic front porch. Come enjoy a stay where you can truly unwind. If you love being a short walk to the beach this place is for you! . We provide beach chairs and a cart for your 5 minute walk to beach. Eat in kitchen and you can serve your honey breakfast in bed. Farmers market around the corner in the summer months as well as concerts every Friday night, Tennis courts, pickle ball and splash pad in the same area to cool you off. We offer Wi-Fi and Roku. . Gas fire place on back porch. Indoor fireplace use is seasonal.
