The property is an annexe to our house and has it's own separate entrance. Our house is situated next to a park and the side window from the bedroom overlooks the park. We have our own private driveway of 100 metres long from the street and off street parking is available. Very quiet green and leafy area and the house is well hidden away. Transport links are very good from our local station Tulse Hill about 7 minutes walk away.15 minutes to London Bridge or take a bus to Brixton underground.

A brilliant 1 bed apartment for singles, couples or small families looking for somewhere to lay their weary heads after fun days and nights in London. The flat, in a quiet nook off Brixton Hill, has everything you need to chill and relax whist in striking distance to Brixton and all of central London. The amazing Brockwell Park is my garden and i'm spoiled for choice for restaurants and takeaways. There are a few amazing local pubs too if the bright city lights feel a little too dazzling!

This is a lovely one bedroomed, self contained garden flat. It is a light and airy space which has a open plan living area and kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and a comfortable sofabed in the living room.
