This newly built top second floor bungalow in the heart of Zicatela beach. The location allows you to enjoy restaurants, stores and the best surfing spots of Puerto Escondido at a walking distance as well as easy transportation options for the airport, busses, main market or other beaches. The studio apartment called Hugh offers a stunning ocean view. It is a small, cozy and comfortable studio that includes one queen size bed, equipped kitchen, private bathroom with hot water, air conditioning, television with cable tv, wifi and an ocean view deck overlooking Zicatela beach. This apartment is located on the top floor of a two-story building. Access is by stairs with one section of 14 low steps.

Está situada en su parte del jardín exclusivo atrás de una casa tradicional hermosa, en una zona tranquila de la Punta y cerca de los mejores restaurantes y tiendas.

The garden casita

Nice comfortable little two story house surrounded by a private garden behind the main house. The house is located on the pacific, 30 meters above Carrizalillo beach where it is good to swim and relax, and also near Rinconada, small commercial street with restaurants and cafes. Everything is in a walking distance from our home.
