Originally built in 1906 as a church and has since been converted into a spacious and cozy home. With its historic architecture and modern amenities, our home is the perfect place for a memorable and comfortable stay. Great for photos and accommodating wedding parties! Coll Cottage - a charming rural private studio

A two acre property adjacent to Devil's Backbone Trail Head and surrounded by public county open space on three sides. The rock formation behind the cottage surrounds the property with privacy. The host, a nationally known western landscape artist, has his studio in the barn on the property. The main house is an historic structure built in 1920's. The Cottage has all of the amenities for a luxurious stay in the Colorado foothills, 26 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.
