It features an open living/dining/kitchen (stocked with essentials), large bedroom, and full bath with washer and dryer. Guest use of the covered patio is encouraged.

It has all the charm that you would expect to find in a cute studio apartment! Built by a local architect Tj Collins in the 1920’s. This quaint space has everything you need to enjoy your stay here in Staunton! We do accept small pets on approval with a pet cleaning charge.

Very spacious room, 500 square feet. Our place is right in the city of Harrisonburg. We are one mile from the hospital and two miles from JMU, 8 miles from Bridgewater College, and 20 minutes away from Massanutten resort. We are right off the interstate 1.5 miles from exit 245 Port Republic road. We are also very close to downtown and the shopping center.
