Our converted barn is located on a little used road with easy access to miles of trails. Our road is little used but intersects with US 1.There is a downstairs bedroom with an open loft on the second floor. Wonderful light and views. A fire-pit, swings, hammocks, and playground structures make this a perfect place to stay with your family. A peaceful place to visit for all ages. World famous Moody's diner, a grocery store and gas stations etc. are just 3 miles away! Perfect for young children.

The space includes 3 water-view bedrooms, bath, a large living room with high speed internet, and a well-equipped eat-in kitchen. The Byre at Piper’s Pond

The Byre at Piper's Pond is a small farm situated on 80 acres in Bristol, Maine on the Pemaquid Peninsula. The apartment is separated from the main house and has privacy and room for guests to enjoy the area. It is a comfortable rustic contemporary home and setting. We are located a 10 minute drive to Damariscotta. Pemaquid Peninsula is home to the historic Pemaquid Lighthouse, the University of Maine Darling Marine Center, the Old Fort Henry, Pemaquid Beach and beautiful hiking trails.

Winter or summer, the Little River Retreat will help you step away from the world - but still be minutes from Reid State Park, Five Islands Lobster, the Georgetown General Store, and the rugged beauty of Midcoast Maine. This is our family camp, with our own books, games, and “vibe”. It is not a hotel, and some things may not be “industry standard”. We love the unique charm of this space and place, and many repeat guests do too. We hope you will treasure (and care for it) as we do!

Spacious, bright, and airy, the apartment is above our home & my studio/gallery. The apartment is separate & includes its own entrance to ensure your privacy and convenience. It has been recently renovated. Superhost status from 2017 to 2023.
