Country Cottage

Our cottage is peaceful, comfortable, and conveniently located. The campus of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette is near by and so is Breaux Bridge and Lafayette shopping and restaurants. We live near by and would love to tell you about a variety of places to visit such as the little cafe down town that serves the best fresh fried shrimp poboy served with fresh potato fries and on Saturday provides Cajun music played by local musicians. We love our community and think you will too.

The 870 sq ft Cottage built in 1893 is completely renovated & full of local art & culture. It's perfect for a quiet get-a-way or for entertaining around the granite island. Our cozy cabin sits in the heart of Cajun country, about 30 minutes outside of Lafayette. It's a great place to spend time relaxing in the quiet serenity of South Louisiana, or enjoy spending a night or more traveling through, it is located just 8 miles north of Interstate 10. We do not allow pets. The Cabin is all wood inside and has the great cabin smell the minute you open the door. It was built in 2014 by Amish builders in Pennsylvania and transported down by a truck.

Large windows line the front of the home so you will have a wonderful view wherever you’re at. It is a perfect place to relax while surrounded by nature.
