Less than five miles to Kyle Field and Texas A&M, Downtown Bryan, and Century Square, this one bedroom private apartment will have you in the heart of Aggieland. A private entrance welcomes you into an open living and kitchen space. The kitchenette is equipped with full-sized fridge, microwave/air fryer combo, dishwasher, and coffee maker stocked with delicious LOCAL COFFEE. Queen-sized bed and a full-sized pull out couch plus a full bathroom will make you feel at home on your "getaway".

Centrally located, this efficiency (cottage) is a stone's throw walk or drive to downtown Bryan and just a 15-minute drive to Texas A&M University. 1 queen size bed. 1 bathroom ( shower only) sink, toilet. kitchenette with pot and pans, dishes, silverware, cutlery, etc. A laundromat, a convenience store, and local bus service are directly across the street. Parking is located in the back off Logan Ave. No pets!

Our guesthouse is a clean, contemporary space with a touch of traditional character. You will be amazed by the impressive view and refreshed by the relaxing atmosphere. Welcome to The Cottage! This one room guest suite is located behind "The Garden House near TAMU,” and we are delighted to share it with you! The space is freshly renovated & ready to host up to two guests traveling to College Station/Bryan! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field & a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are not allowed at The Cottage.

There is a bathroom with a door, but the main area is bedroom, living area, and kitchen combined. There is a refrigerator, sandwich maker, hot plate, air fryer, microwave, but no actual cook stove. There is a charcoal grill on the porch. The bed is a queen size bed.
