Very comfortable new 3 bedroom dwelling on acreage, centrally located and overlooking the Ringarooma River and campgrounds It's north easterly aspect and large L shaped veranda provide sun all day long. "Blazeaway" is the dwelling closest to the street on the site. It's kitchen melds seamlessly into the dining and living area, and with cathedral ceilings throughout it feels amazingly spacious. Our newly-renovated cottage is located half way between Derby and Weldborough, about a ten minute drive to both destinations. The property is peaceful and quiet , surrounded by hilly pastures and direct access to a fully fenced native forest with a few MTB trails for a short ride (Kersbrook Stash) and other areas for walks.
