Hayfield Cottage is a category C listed cottage built in approx. 1850, and fully renovated between 2015 and 2017. It is located on Auchendryne Square in Braemar, a few hundred yards from The Princess Royal and Duke of Fife Memorial Park where the annual Braemar Gathering takes place. Hayfield Cottage is fully insulated and centrally heated. The two wood burning stoves aren't needed to keep the house warm and cosy, but they can be a welcome addition in the winter.

Grampian Cottage is a traditional Victorian cottage that has been extended to create a spacious and comfortable holiday home for families or groups of friends. It has a large south facing enclosed garden with pine trees, a fire pit and a summer house. There is direct access onto the hillside and to the duck pond.
