A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Het appartement is 60 m2 en heeft een eigen parkeerplaats, eigen entree en privé tuin met veranda. Het appartement kenmerkt zich door een gezellige en luxe uitstraling. Een moderne stalen keuken met mooi SMEG apparatuur. In de keuken staat een mooie houten tafel die ook uitgeschoven kan worden, zo heeft u alle ruimte om heerlijk te werken!

Neem plaats op de comfortabele bank, ontdek een goed boek uit de boekenkast of zet een plaat op. Het Eilandhuisje staat voor je klaar, vanaf 3 nachten, incl. schoonmaak en opgemaakt bed. En natuurlijk mag je opgevoede viervoeter mee.

Om te relaxen staat onder de veranda een 3 pers. massage jacuzzi. De borg voor ons huis is € 250. De omgeving is ideaal voor rustzoekers, wandelaars, fietsers en mountainbikers. In onze prachtige omheinde privacyvolle tuin zult u genieten van de vele vogelsoorten.

Beautiful house close to the sea and the village

Our beautiful house is available for friends and families who love the island feeling. It has a large garden, with lots of space for playing football or badminton. There is a sauna, an extra living room in the basement with a large TV (great for the kids). In autumn and winter times you can enjoy the fireplace in the cozy living room. Books and games are available, and the fully equipped kitchen is ready for your cooking adventures. Please note: during holidays the minimum stay is a week.

Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.
