Large 5 bedroom home with stunning views, a pool and jacuzzi. Please note the pool & jacuzzi policy below: Jacuzzi: The jacuzzi is controlled remotely and can be turned on and off at your request. Please let us know at least 30 minutes in advance so that we may turn it on it for you. Pool: The pool can be heated if you desire. However heating the pool can take up to 8-10 hours in the winter. As such, please note that there is an additional $100 per day service fee for this request.

The backyard has plenty of space with dinning area and firepit seating. It is kept private with a 6 ft. wooden fence and hillside - and if you walk up the back hillside BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS. Depending on traffic it is a 15 - 20 min drive to Balboa Park and other beaches and areas. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOME. Animals need to be approved
