It includes living room, kitchen, full bath, upstairs sleeping nook and camping on 20 acres of privacy. Relax on the deck overlooking the creek while listening to nature surround you, cozy up by the fire pit, play a game of corn hole, or have a peaceful nap in the hammock. The space is located less than a mile from I-75 in north Knoxville. We have a king-sized bed, short couch, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, and toaster for your convenience. We are approximately 10 minutes from the University of Tennessee and 10 minutes from Ijams Nature Center and trails. We have a private entrance into the space. Our backyard has a woods in the backyard, which hides a train track. There are a lot of great restaurants that are within a mile of our home. Great location!

Rocky Meadows Farm is a beautiful, rural landscape located in Blaine, Tennessee. We are conveniently located off Highway 11, providing easy access to: Downtown Knoxville (25mins) Sevierville (45mins) Cherokee Dam (30 mins) Big Ridge State Park (35 mins) The Loft is an old cattle barn we have renovated to create an amazing rustic getaway. It offers a spacious front porch, a small kitchenett, and a full bathroom with a hot shower!

A Stay On Brentwood

This location is in the heart of Morristown with a variety of restaurants and quick access to interstate 40 and interstate 81. With the Néw interstate access, the drive to pigeon Forge is about 45 but could be longer depending on traffic. Guest are encouraged to allow more time during peak season ( March- December ) This listing is NOT a good fit for small or toddler children because of the kitchenette and fireplace.
