The Cabin at Crow Peak is hidden within the treeline and the edge of the rocky cliffs of Higgins Gulch. Relax in the private hot tub and outdoor seating. Have your choice of using the grill and either propane or wood buring fire pit on the wraparound deck. Explore the wild life reserve just adjacent to the property for hiking or hunting. Upper two levels of my four level mid-century modern home with private entrances! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the foothills of the Black Hills and ~10 min from downtown Rapid City. This property features ample living space, a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary breakfast, plenty of natural light and a spacious back yard. It includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. I live on the completely separated lower levels of the home so you can enjoy the upper levels all to yourself!

The ranch house has a beautifully decorated living room with a queen hide-a-bed, twin bunk beds, two cozy bedrooms with queen sized beds. 1.5 bath with shower. Towels, linens, and hair dryer provided. Kitchen is fully equipped with basic utensils, gas stove, refrigerator, and a gas grill on the patio. We are in a RURAL location so if city services like delivery or close restaurants are a must, this may not be the right location for you.
