Although listed as a one bedroom home there are two sleeping areas. One with a queen size bed that is an open space and the other with a daybed with pull out trundle bed. A sunlit breakfast nook awaits in the front of the house which opens to a cozy living room. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, Blue-Ray/DVD Player and of course you will enjoy WI-FI throughout the house. A washer and dryer are available for use in the fully functional kitchen. There is one spacious full bathroom.

We are also a 15-minute drive from ice-skating/kayaking at Evergreen Lake and downtown. For summer concert goers, Red Rocks is a 35 min drive from the property. At night, relax with a book and a glass of wine by the fire. Cap the night off with a relaxing soak in the hot tub. We think this is the perfect place to disconnect and recharge.
