Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Furnished and finished to a very high standard, this cottage is located in the heart of Devon in the middle of beautiful countryside. Equidistant from the amazing Exmoor and Dartmoor, under an hour to the cathedral city of Exeter and both south and north Devon beaches. The perfect place to relax and unwind. If you require a third/fourth guest it’s a sofa bed.

Tired of economy class? Charter a stay in a first class fuselage with wood fired hot tub situated in tranquil woodland. Welcome onboard your own private aircraft, step inside to the sleek contemporary interior of first class. Outside, unwind in seclusion in private woodland, a short walk away from the West Somerset Railway and the AONB of the Quantock Hills. An ideal getaway for two in first class, for families there is a bunk bed in the living room area. Dogs at additional cost.

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

Set in the rolling hills of Devon, in the sleepy hamlet of Newbuildings, 2 miles from the village of Sandford with its village shop and two pubs, just 10 minutes from Crediton. A short drive to Dartmoor and 30 minutes to Exeter. Peaceful and quiet location. Lovely walks on your doorstep, with views to Dartmoor and Exmoor. Dark sky at night for those who like to watch the stars. Cosy cottage with wood burning fire, and plenty of charm.

The Barn, West Ford Farm

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign

Step onto your deck and unwind in the sunken hot tub, perfectly positioned to catch sunset views over the rolling countryside. Though you're tucked away in a secluded spot, an award winning gastro pub, The Duck, is just 25 mins walk (or 7 min drive) away and all amenities in Crediton are 10 mins away.

Accredited with Exmoor National Park’s Dark Skies, it’s the perfect place for stargazing.
