Self-contained with bedroom, bathroom and tea/coffee station. Opens onto a small patio in our super sunny garden. We live in the main house on the property but our guest house is at the rear of the property and is nice and private. We do have a small dog that is sometimes in the garden. He’s super friendly but can be kept away if needed. Great location, bus stop at the top of the road which takes you straight into CBD in 15min. Ferry is also located in Birkenhead which is about 5km away.

Alfriston Meadows - Black Barn Loft

The ideal spot for a couple or a young family of four. A private studio loft above a 4 car garage, separate from the family home. A king bed and two floor mattresses suitable for children. You have your own kitchenette with sink, fridge, coffee/tea and toaster as well as the cooking facility with two hot plates and a microwave/convection oven. A separate living room with a couch and TV from which you can access your own Apple TV or Netflix account as well as a pool table for a bit of fun!

Enjoy a resort style stay in this newly built studio just 5 minutes walk to Ponsonby Rd restaurants. Separate from the main house with the use of a deep salt water pool (unheated). Featuring a king sized bed, mini fridge, lounge area, toaster (breakfast included inside your studio with toast, butter and jam and organic coffee and milk. Situated in the lively Ponsonby area, it is a five min walk to Ponsonby Road restaurants and a 30 min walk to CBD. The bus to Britomart is a six min walk away.

Situated behind the main home with its own private entrance off the garden is a wonderful and private one-bedroom studio fitted with modern quality furnishings throughout, including a kitchenette with a microwave, bar fridge, toaster and kettle. The room has under-floor insulation and air conditioning, and a Smart TV. Free unlimited broadband is also provided. The room can comfortably accommodate two adults and spare (portable) beds can be supplied for an infant (up to 3 years) and a child.

Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Cox's Bay, the studio is an easy walk to the cafes, bars, restaurants and shops of the popular West Lynn, Westmere, Grey Lynn and Ponsonby inner-city areas. Very handy to bus routes to the central city. The studio has its own direct private access from the street.

Studio 16 is a self contained modern light filled space perfect for a couple. It is open plan in design with bedroom, lounge and kitchenette in one. An Air Conditioning unit is in this area. The separate bathroom is fully tiled with a large walk in shower. There is also a spacious walk in wardrobe with ample room for your suitcases. A washing machine is in this area. This is a smoke and pet free property.

Nikau Garden Studio Grey Lynn

Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed. (Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
