Private BBQ, screened tent( high season) WINTER BOOKINGS- snow tires/AWD required; driveway is steep but well maintained year-round. Muted traffic can be noticeable at times. You will also enjoy access to your own small private island that is connected by a shallow sand bar. Sit out on the large deck or floating dock to enjoy the views of the river, launch kayaks, paddle boards, and swim. We have signed up for the strongest internet service offered in the area (Starlink). Cellular reception is not great in the area.

Welcome to our 9 acre private lot sitting up on a hill over looking the beautiful Mira River. Enjoy the open concept cottage with spacious bedrooms and large kitchen. A short walk down the hill takes you to your own private beach on the Mira River to swim in the day and enjoy a bon fire at night. The spacious deck has a large hot tub and chairs to enjoy the views. The property also has its own 1km hiking trail that circles the property.

We are 30 minutes from the Village of Baddeck, home of the Alexander Graham Bell Museum and the and the Falls in rear Baddeck. Louisbourg is 1 1/2 hours away.
