Public boat ramp is 5 minutes away. The house has plenty of parking spaces in the front to park your boat and cars. The home is fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay. It has a shared deck with a beautiful view over the marina. Guests can utilize amenities offered at Old Wooden Bridge Resort and Marina. There is NO Swimming in the Marina Boat Basin. This is a marina with houseboats and rental boats in the slips. There is a pet fee of $15 plus tax per night, per pet.
