A newly renovated 700 sq ft cottage in a beloved farmhouse. The cottage sleeps 4 with a second-story bedroom including a king and queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. In the living room, there is also a cozy twin daybed. Check-in is seamless with keyless entry and includes a washer and dryer, fire pit, two parking spaces, and one dog under 50 lbs welcome. Under 10 minutes from the interstate, UNE, Amtrak, some of the most beautiful beaches in Maine, and several fantastic restaurants and breweries.

There is no public parking nearby which means it is like a private beach. After a long day at the beach, come back to relax under the trees in the serenity of the backyard and then fire up the grill & fire pit as the sun goes down. Note: Bedroom windows have blackout shades & living room has blinds!

Plenty of space to relax with all the amenities. Our house has three bedrooms; two king bedrooms and one large room with two queen beds. There are 2 full baths, a spacious enclosed outside shower, a fully stocked kitchen and a delightful screened porch. Come and enjoy!

We are pet friendly for an additional fee - one dog maximum per reservation.
