The house is in Germantown, a charming historic neighborhood a mile and a half from downtown Nashville. There are many award-winning restaurants within a couple of blocks of the house. Walk, Bike, Car (Uber or Lyft), Joy Ride, Music City Bus (this is a free Metro bus and has a drop off and pick-up locations 2 blocks from the house. No smoking on the premises. No parties or loud activities allowed. No outside guests are allowed to stay overnight. No pets allowed. Do not put luggage on the beds. Luggage racks are provided in each bedroom. This home has been lovingly restored. Please treat it with respect. Germantown is a mix use neighborhood with residents and businesses. Please respect neighbors and the neighborhood by keeping noise at a respectable level (especially when coming and going at night) and not littering the streets.

It also has the second level porch and the rooftop terrace all to itself. These are not shared with anyone else. Walk two blocks to the Music City Circuit stop for the free downtown bus service, or take a short stroll down Church St to the entertainment district. Walk out on the pedestrian bridge over the Cumberland River for incredible city views. If you don't have a car I suggest downloading the LYFT or Uber application to your smartphone. This is definitely the best and cheapest way to get around the city by auto. It's about a $7 ride to the downtown entertainment district! Or you could walk (app 7 mins) to the Farmers Market and Bicentennial Mall State Park area. There you can rent bikes or catch the free downtown bus loop (Music City Circuit) that runs from 6 am till 6 pm at 7th and Harrison.
