This apartment located in the ground floor has 32 square m and an A/C unit for heating and cooling. There is a separate bedroom and bathroom with a living room/kitchen that contains an extra sofa/bed. It can accommodate up to 4 guests.

This condo has two quality AC , one is in living area and the other in the bedroom. You will feel like you are far from the city crowd., but you are just a few steps away from the heart of the city.
