Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.

Named after Henry Winkler who played the Fonz on Happy Days, (because he lived in the apt. over the Cunningham's garage). The apartment offers privacy and separation from the main house. Charming, updated cottage. Wifi and space to work. Located between Bethany Beach, DE and Ocean City, MD, Fenwick is known as 'The Quiet Resort.' Two blocks to the beach. The cottage is the perfect size for a couple or small family. Sitting on a lovely, quiet block, between the ocean and the bay, the cottage is a quick walk to fine dining, pubs and shopping. The cottage comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella, an outdoor shower, and a beach parking pass.

Conveniently located at the quiet southern end of Broadkill Beach. The ideal beach retreat where it's just you, the sand, and the sea.
