Our cottage offers a relaxed comfortable stay with stunning mountain views & acres of parkland gardens to wander. Situated 10 km from Berry & 8 km from Kangaroo Valley, our location is perfect to explore these villages, South Coast Beaches (Jervis Bay a 1 hr drive) & the Shoalhaven region. Perfect for two (if there are kids or a 3rd adult a king single sofabed in the living area offers extra sleeping) - everyone loves interacting with our farm animals! 2 hr drive from Sydney 2.5 from Canberra.

The Red Barn: Self contained, quiet, close 2 town

R e l a x in a self contained, private , cozy barn situated at the end of the driveway, separate from the house. The Red Barn provides a beautiful and serene space only a few minutes level walk into town. Simply walk out of the driveway, turn left, left at the cross street, then right and you’ll be across the road from the famous donut van. Berry Village pool is also just a few minutes level walk away at the Showgrounds. Head out for a meal/drinks and not worry about driving home. 🥳💫

The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.

The Nest is a peaceful & private self-contained space, tucked away at the back of the property, and only a 5 minute stroll into town. All ground level, the Guest Apartment has its own private entrance, and consists of two spacious areas. Kameruka, perfectly positioned on private property to take in rainforest and views to the south following the coastline past Jervis Bay. Purpose built in 2019 our generously proportioned loft studio with quality fixtures and fittings has been styled with couples in mind. Kameruka is located 10 minutes from Queen Street Berry, a 20 minute drive to Seven Mile Beach and just a 15 minute stunning country drive in the other direction to the town of Kangaroo Valley.
