The bus stop is steps away to take public transportation to Dockyard or to Hamilton. Or spend your days on the property at one of 2 private beaches. The Ledges studio is an architectural gem with exposed beamed ceilings, a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. Our cozy apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood , perfectly positioned between the capital of Hamilton and stunning South Shore beaches. We are a 25 minute taxi drive from the airport, 5 minute walk to a grocery store/bus stop and 15 minute walk to stunning Elbow Beach. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with tub/shower, kitchen with full size appliances and washer/dryer. There are air conditioners and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room for your comfort .

This unique vacation home has a style of its own with panoramic views from one end of the Island to the other all within walking distance to Hamilton and sandy beaches. The grounds of this spacious upper-level vacation home boasts a private dock inside a natural cave to swim, fish and snorkel. This distinctive home has two cozy rooftop balconies and Bermuda cedar throughout. There are plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy; a BBQ and lounge, whilst watching cruise ships and Bermuda longtails.

The unit is within my house, is self-contained, and consists of a bedroom and en-suite bathroom. It has its own entrance via french doors onto the patio and garden. It has a fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine. It is air-conditioned, has WIFI and cable TV. Hamilton is only a five minute walk with shops and restaurants, bus station and ferry terminal. The central location makes it a convenient place from which to explore Bermuda.

Cottage is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, bathroom and living / dining room as well as a private patio area. Nearest beach is a 5-10 minute walk and the bus stop a similar distance. 2 restaurants are within walking distance (The Reefs and Henry VIII).
